Job Description

Position
We are growing our IC (Integrated Circuits) design group and have a fantastic opportunity for a project manager. In this position you will be responsible for the planning and execution of "chipset" development projects. You will work in an international cooperative environment and coordinate activities across multiple sites. You will be challenged on a daily basis and your commitment will be well recognized.

Tasks

• Prepare and maintain the project charter
• Plan, steer and monitor activities of the assigned project
• Lead the project proactively so that change requests are minimized
• Provide the project management deliverables, such as plans and reports
• Assure quality and completeness of deliverables
• Prepare and maintain the project risk list
• Inform and coordinate deadlines
• Execute gate reviews and lead decision matrix
• Perform resource planning and task allocation
• Report the project status on a regular basis
• Support process improvements

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering
• Strong project management skills with several years of experience
• Experience in chip development
• Good knowledge on GNSS and communication systems is an asset
• Team player with strong leadership skills
• Ability to motivate team members
• Able to work independently and precisely
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communications skills, both in writing and speaking
• Fluent in English
• Able to travel around 2 days/month
• Greek (or EU) citizen or holder of a valid Greek work permit
