Polytechnic of Setubal - ERASMUS applications procedures and deadline

Dear partners,

I am glad to inform that we will be receiving ERASMUS Student applications, for the spring semester 2012/2013,  until next 30^thNovember 2012

You can find enclosed the documents for application as well as some extra information.

Documents required to formalize applications shall be sent first by email and then by post:

ü  1 Student Application Form (students should fill out this form electronically.  We will not accept applications filled out by hand. They should also make sure the information about the contact person from your university is correct, once all formal documents will be sent to that person);

ü  2 Learning Agreements or 3 Training Agreements duly filled, signed and stamped;

ü  1 transcript of records;

ü  Copy of ID card or Passport;

ü  Copy of the European Health Insurance Card;

ü  1 original photo.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – exceptionally, the Portuguese Language and  Culture Course (level A1) will not have an intensive schedule, but will be available along the semester. It is planned to start between 18^th and 22^nd February/2013 and to finish in June.

It will have 4 hours per week (one day) and a total of 60 hours.
