First Erasmus Staff Training Week at Sofia University St. KlimentOhridski, Bulgaria

Dear Erasmus Partners,

Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski is pleased to invite you as our partner university to take part in the first Erasmus Staff Training Week under the theme “European Universities without Borders: Erasmus for All”, dedicated to the 25th Anniversary of the Erasmus Program.

It will take place between 15th and 19th October, 2012.

The target group of the event is administrative staff working in the field of international exchange and cooperation.  Please find attached the preliminary program of the staff training week.

The participants are kindly asked to give a short presentation for best Erasmus practice in the field of the Erasmus Program, European project coordination or exchange programs.

We foresee to receive up to 20 participants, one or two colleagues per university. Centrally located hotel rooms will be available for the participants. The participants cover their own travel, accommodation and meal expenses. Welcome dinner, lunch and coffee breaks are provided by the organizers.

If you would like to register for the event, please send us the registration form (attached) by July 16th, 2012. We will inform you by July 24th, 2012 whether your application has been accepted.
